Returns
Returns: Dealer may return for credit, unopened, regularly stocking, new first line products provided the return is requested within thirty (30) days of purchase. Any returns for products purchased beyond 30 days, if accepted, will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Costs to return products are the responsibility of the dealer and shipment must be made in a manner to ensure the products and packaging are received by MW Company in sellable condition. Damaged packaging will be assessed a $15 rebox fee. A “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any product. To obtain an RMA, purchase invoice number must be provided. All products returned to MW Company must be freight prepaid and properly packaged.
Custom and built-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, WELD Forged Products, ALL CCW wheel orders, ADV.1 Forged, ALL Bespoke wheels, and My MOMO custom steering wheels. If you are unsure about the return policy on the wheels you or your customer are interested in ordering, please contact your MW Salesperson.
Warranty: Products the dealer considers defective should be returned to MW Company, together with a previously approved RMA and if upon inspection by MW Company are deemed defective, MW Company will repair or replace the products at our discretion. Shipping fees must be paid by dealer and MW Company will issue credit for shipping fees if product is defective and covered under warranty. If condition of returned items are not deemed warrantable, dealer will be notified and have the option to have the product shipped back to them or accept scrap value for the product. If dealer elects to get the denied claims returned to them, they are responsible for shipping costs. Dealers are responsible for the communication with the end-user and that includes communicating warranty and recall info and handling any claim.
